The Secure Methodology Results In An Emergency Plan
That Enhances Preparedness And Mitigates Risk.
We utilize a multidisciplinary team approach that considers a broad spectrum of relevant man made and natural emergency situations – one that is premised on understanding our client’s business and unique operating characteristics.
Step 1. Establish The Team
After an initial inspection of your facility, a team of experienced security and life safety specialists is formed that matches your company’s makeup and needs.
Step 2. Analyze Preparedness And Hazards
The Secure team evaluates your exposure to a wide range of potential threats — both internal and external — and analyzes your vulnerability. Potential emergencies are identified and evaluated, as well as potential resources, both external and internal.
Step 3. Development Of The Emergency Plan
A report is generated that provides a focused review of your existing procedures as well as a discussion of your threats and vulnerabilities. It also provides a detailed analysis of prevention, detection, notification, communication, evacuation, response and recovery measures.
Step 4. Training And Plan Implementation
Plans are constructed according to current Best Practices. However, a plan only works if it’s understood, practiced and maintained.
To enhance your plan’s effectiveness, we create tailored versions of the plan for your different employee groups. We also conduct training sessions for the various groups; update signage; conduct regular drills and tests; and implement modifications to the plan as requested.
